Objectives

  • Determine what data is neededfor the evaluation and which sources of information are to be used for each indicator.
  • Specify what tools are needed, how they are implemented, who collects the data and how often.
    Ex: Online survey, sent by the centre, completed by participants at the start of the activity/project, during the activity and/or after completion.
  • Create the documents, templates, tables and other materials needed for data collection and systematisation.
  • Specify a timetable for data collection.

Work Sessions

  • The number of sessions may vary greatly depending on the scope of the evaluation. These are mainly sessions of the expert evaluation team in order to shape a complete and functional data structure.
