Objectives

  • Contrast results (actual situation) with the theory of change (expected situation).
  • Evaluate to what extent the outcomes of the evaluation can be linked to certain ways of doing things that are characteristic of civic experimentation. In other words: evaluate the impact that civic innovation has had.
  • Obtain conclusions that allow for learning: actionable information, incorporating recommendations and mechanisms to achieve the objectives set.
  • Obtain conclusions that permit accountability: define to what extent the objectives have been met and how resources have been used.
